What Youll Do

Advise and protect clients by helping them choose the right Property, Casualty, and Life Insurance coverage.

Build relationships with new and existing customers through exceptional service and trust-based communication.

Generate and close new business using both agency-provided leads and your own network.

Leverage your insurance expertise to educate clients and make confident coverage recommendations.

Develop referral partnerships and business networks through community involvement and social media.

Maintain organized, efficient business operations and compliance with State Farm standards.

Who You Are

A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Property & Casualty and / or Life & Health professional.

A motivated self-starter who thrives in a high-energy, results-oriented environment.

What We Offer

Compensation : $50,000 $135,000 per year (Base + Commission + Bonus Opportunities)
