From preparing and serving meals to creating a welcoming dining experience, you’ll play an important role in helping residents feel at home.

What You’ll Do

Assist with meal preparation and serve food to residents with professionalism and warmth

Follow dietary guidelines and resident-specific meal plans

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas

Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures

Work as part of a supportive team to provide excellent service during mealtimes

Contribute to a positive and home-like atmosphere for residents and their families

Qualifications

No certification required—training provided

Prior experience in food service, healthcare, or hospitality a plus but not required

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Dependable, flexible, and resident-focused attitude

Willingness to learn safe food handling and sanitation practices
