The Senior Marketing Manager for Health Plans is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing programs and making data-driven recommendations for the Health Plans customer segment. This role will collaborate closely with the Commercial Health Plan Team and with marketers from physician, clinical segment, diagnostic services, strategic solutions, health systems, patient, and digital marketing teams. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Health Plans Marketing and may be based remotely within the US near a Quest Diagnostics regional office or may follow a hybrid schedule in our Secaucus, NJ HQ location (3 days per week in office).

Pay Range : ~$130,000 - $160,000 per year. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
