What We're Looking For

You're a Registered Nurse licensed in Connecticut, or eligible to be. You bring not only clinical skill, but also emotional intelligence-the kind of nurse who notices the little things, who knows when to speak and when to listen.

Maybe your background is in acute care, telemetry, rehab, outpatient, or home health. Maybe you're early in your journey or bring years of experience to the table. Whatever your path, you're someone who's ready to give excellent care, grow with a team, and show up for people in moments that truly matter.

You hold BLS certification, and if you have ACLS, PALS, or specialty training, we'll help you put those tools to meaningful use. More importantly, you're curious, collaborative, and committed to treating every patient like a person-not just a diagnosis.
