Security Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Security Operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead security operations and ensure reliable, secure, and consistent delivery across assigned sites

Oversee incident response, escalation management, and operational recovery for security incidents

Manage vendor performance and ensure alignment with service expectations and contract requirements

Required Qualifications :

6-8 years of experience in security operations or related fields

2-4 years of frontline leadership or operational coordination experience

Strong knowledge of physical security systems and incident response

Ability to lead operational and technical security professionals effectively

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
