Actuarial Lead

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Actuarial Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and completing the state filing process, developing rates, conducting trend analysis, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role requires a deep understanding of actuarial methodologies and insurance products, as well as the ability to communicate complex insights to diverse audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous work experience as an  Actuarial Professional (likely a Senior Actuary or Actuarial Lead) in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
• Must have ACAS / FCAS designation or relevant designation in other Actuarial societies
• Must have P&C Insurance experience
