A company is looking for an Application Operations Specialist to provide support and implementation services to healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve client support tickets related to safety software platforms
Provide expert troubleshooting for technical and user-related issues
Deliver client training on platform features and maintain training materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education / training
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
3+ years of experience in a client-facing role or healthcare organization
Experience with technical configurations such as FTP setup and HL7 implementation
Higher level Excel skills preferred
