Job Description
Provides administrative support to division and clinical support for the Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP) and other Value Based Performance Programs. Assists providers in the prevention, management of chronic disease, and preventing unnecessary hospital utilization by, including but not limited to, conducting SDOH patient screenings, scheduling post ED / Inpatient discharge follow-up appointments, and depression screenings. PCMH reporting. EPIC addendums for CareFirst reporting; and other duties assigned.
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program such as NAHP, NCCT, AAMA, NHA, AMT, etc.

The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of University of Maryland’s Faculty Physician’s Inc. salary range for this position. Some candidates will not be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s geographical location, skills, work experience, market conditions, internal equity, responsibility factor and span of control, education / training and other qualifications.
