Job descriptionRound building Strong technique stirring and shaking (boston shaker) competence with a cobbler shaker is a plus Processing and cutting ice Keep workspace clean, organized and optimized Deep knowledge and ability to execute classic and modern classic cocktails Ability to execute Milk & Honey style bartender’s choice is a plus Ability to prioritize and organize service and hospitality tasks Strong spirits knowledge (all categories) Wine knowledge is a plus Ability to contribute to a rapidly changing seasonal menu is a plus Ability to contribute to backbar is a plus Toast POS Remember and execute the specific steps of service of the restaurant Mastery of the savory and desert menu Understanding of coursing and dinner pace Active listening and anticipating guests needs Mastery of seating chart and seat positions Curiosity, lifelong learner, student of hospitality, food and beverage Strong listener Stand for 4-6 hours Lift 50 lbs
Hours : Wed-Sun dinner only
Consistent availability is necessary for a small team
Weekend availability is a must
