Overview
Reporting to the AVP of Premium Audit, the Premium Audit Director - Western Region is responsible for executing departmental strategies, managing operations, and supporting the AVP in achieving organizational goals. This role oversees service delivery, staff development, vendor management, and regulatory compliance within the Premium Audit function. The Director serves as a key resource for insureds and agents, ensuring a high standard of service and alignment with AmTrust's mission, vision, and values.

Strategic Execution & Operational Leadership
- Collaborate with the AVP of Premium Audit to implement departmental goals, strategies and initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance audit processes, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Promote a culture of performance, innovation, and accountability across the Premium Audit team.
