Automotive Customer Service Representative LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading automotive company in Albuquerque, NM, who is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team onsite.

About the Role :

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction with every interaction. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable automotive brand and grow your career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The hourly rate is between $19 / hr-$21 / hr

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist customers with service scheduling, product inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Uphold company standards for customer care and professionalism.
