Overview

This hybrid role serves as a strategic advisor and change leader , combining deep HR expertise with organizational transformation capabilities. The position partners with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives , while designing and executing enterprise-wide change initiatives that drive adoption, engagement, and cultural alignment.

Responsibilities

HR Business Partner Focus

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement integrated people strategies that support business goals and foster a high-performance culture.
• Provide guidance on compensation, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Use HR analytics to identify trends and recommend solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.

Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels.

Below is the starting salary range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.

$100,500 - $150,675
