Eastern Iowa Family Medicine with OB Opening

Clinical Role :

Seeking a physician Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

OB Fellowship training - Required

Ability to perform C-sections - Required

Permanent position opportunity

3 clinic room and a procedure room

One Gynecologist, two OB nurse practitioners, and one FP / OB are available on site

12 Family Practice providers are also available on onsite

Two APPs provide coverage

Case types :

50-60% Low Risk Pregnancy

30-40% High Risk Pregnancy

5-10% C-Section

Average Number of Nursery Admissions Per Day : 1-2

Nursery Level : I

7 LDRP beds

EMR : Cerner

Schedule : Day shifts

Weekends / On Call 1 : 4 (predictable and non-burdensome)
