Cybersecurity Director

A company is looking for a Director of Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the cybersecurity posture and practice across delivery and client engagements

Own CMMC program delivery, including policy management and audit readiness

Build and lead the Cyber Practice, defining service offerings and ensuring delivery quality

Required Qualifications

10+ years in cybersecurity roles with at least 6 years in a leadership position

Demonstrated ownership of CMMC readiness or equivalent federal compliance programs

Hands-on experience with ATO / cATO models and federal customer engagements

Strong technical background in cloud security, IAM, and DevSecOps

Experience in hiring, mentoring, and scaling technical teams
