Benchmark roles using market data and build salary bands
Launch company-wide compensation review cycle and deliver Total Rewards Statements
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
Experience building compensation philosophy and infrastructure from scratch
Hands-on with benchmarking tools and strong Excel / Sheets modeling skills
Experience in equity distribution and supporting annual review cycles
HRIS configuration or data-governance experience
