Inserter Sweeper Mail Processing Production Support Entry-Level Manufacturing

Position Overview

A high-volume production and mail-processing operation is seeking a dependable Inserter Sweeper to support automated insertion equipment and production workflows. This role plays a critical part in maintaining mail quality accuracy and throughput while supporting Inserter Operators and production leadership. The position offers a temp-to-permanent opportunity for reliable candidates who demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistent performance.

This is a hands-on physical role in a fast-paced manufacturing and mail production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review job tickets to verify client requirements and proper inserter configuration
• Assist Inserter Operators with the operation of high-speed mail insertion equipment
• Inspect finished mail pieces for correct folding sealing window placement sequencing and overall quality
• Sort inserted mail in accordance with USPS and internal processing requirements
• Support production goals on high-volume jobs including :

#10 envelopes ranging from approximately 120000 to 150000 pages inserted
