Repair and Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced  Manager of Repair & Maintenance  to oversee the upkeep, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of our  nutraceutical manufacturing facility . This position will be responsible for ensuring all equipment, machinery, and building systems operate efficiently while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Location : Miramar, FL

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Supervise and coordinate repair and maintenance activities to minimize downtime
• Oversee maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and company policies
• Work closely with production and quality teams to address equipment performance issues
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment performance
• Source and manage vendor relationships for maintenance services and equipment purchases
• Ensure compliance with all  OSHA, GMP, and industry regulations  related to equipment and facility maintenance
• Identify opportunities for  cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Train and develop maintenance personnel to enhance team performance
