A company is looking for an IT Help Desk professional.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and operational issues
Assist with reporting, HR technologies, customer payment systems, and networking inquiries
Log incidents accurately into the incident management system and collaborate with team members for timely resolution
Required Qualifications
Some college education or equivalent experience preferred
Basic understanding of computer concepts, including PC fundamentals and operating systems
Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
Minimum of 1 year of help desk or call center experience is desired
Spanish fluency is a plus
