Program Manager, Supply Chain Resiliency
The Program Manager, Supply Chain Resiliency is responsible for identifying and mitigating risks within Endeavor Health's supply chain, ensuring its ability to withstand disruptions and maintain operations. The Program Manager, Supply Chain Resiliency seeks to prevent disruptions within the healthcare supply chain, ensuring the availability of critical medical supplies and equipment. This role is responsible for monitoring supply disruptions, analyzing inventory, managing key supplier fill rates, and representing Endeavor Health on industry collaboratives focused on resiliency. The resiliency manager facilitates cross-functional and high-level meetings about market events to quickly get feedback, triage, and make decisions to act in the best interest of Endeavor Health and our ability to care for patients.
The Program Manager, Supply Chain Resiliency will :
- Identify potential vulnerabilities and risks within the healthcare supply chain.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and potential disruptions.
- Develop and maintain risk assessment models and methodologies.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain resilience.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions.
- Identify and implement best practices for supply chain resilience.
- Lead many cross-functional meetings, handling project management related tasks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Communicate supply chain risks and mitigation strategies to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in supply chain resilience.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics.
- Conduct regular reviews of supply chain resilience strategies.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will need :
Education : Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree preferred.Certifications : Preferred process improvement and supply chain certifications.Experience : 5+ years of work experience in healthcare Supply Chain.Unique or Preferred Skills : Talent in project management, ability to facilitate meetings, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in healthcare supply chain management, knowledge of supply chain risk management, proficiency in data analysis tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, understanding of supply chain technologies.Physical Demands : Light work.
