Job description
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel specializing in Data Governance & Marketing Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on data governance and ensure compliance with global privacy laws
Guide and implement best practices for data governance and assist in drafting company policies
Review marketing materials for legal compliance and support cross-functional data governance initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of legal counseling experience in privacy and marketing-related areas
Prior law firm or in-house experience
Admitted into and in good standing with a state bar or equivalent certification
Experience with data governance and marketing compliance in SaaS environments
Strong understanding of industry principles in data governance and privacy laws
