Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Physical Therapist Discipline : Therapy Start Date : 10 / 27 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Acute Care exp preferred 100% acute care NE license required-ETA 3-4 weeks and compact eligble BLS Dress Code : No scrubs - core staff wears logo polo shirts of any color, but travelers can wear a conservative-style shirt (polo, oxford, turtleneck) with casual pants, such as khaki's or any color non-denim pants (no capri's). Radius Rule : 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and / or Dignity. Fingernail policy : Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.
