Admissions Recruitment Specialist
Reporting to the Director of Admissions - Chicago, the Recruitment Specialist plays a pivotal role in Adler University's growth and success by participating in a variety of activities and events to attract prospective students to the University. These events include, but are not limited to, conferences, grad school fairs, and classroom visits at feeder institutions. They initiate discussions with prospective students, evaluate their qualifications, and facilitate tours and other meetings as needed.
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with external organizations (community partners, non-profits, and corporations) to drive additional enrollment growth at Adler. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate prospective student records by entering new information in a timely manner in the University's customer relationship management (CRM) platform.

Work Environment (Physical Demands) : The usual and customary methods of performing the jobs functions require the following physical demands : some lifting, carrying, pushing, and / or pulling and significant fine finger dexterity.
Salary Range : $50,000.00 - $60,000.00
Additional Requirements
A valid driver's license is required for this position. The individual hired must be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds and be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time. In addition, the role requires the ability to lead groups and provide engaging, professional tours.
