Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic consultant to C-suite and security leaders, defining and tracking KPIs to demonstrate ROI
Own account financial health by developing strategic playbooks to mitigate churn risk and identify revenue expansion opportunities
Manage a proactive pipeline for upsell and cross-sell opportunities while leading commercial conversations and negotiations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS in a revenue-centric role
Proven ability to communicate and negotiate with C-level executives
Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with trust, security, and compliance services including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA
