Manager - Quality Assurance
We are seeking a seasoned QA Manager to lead the enterprise-wide Quality Assurance (QA) strategy and initiatives. This role is responsible for defining and implementing consistent QA processes, driving quality standards across teams, and ensuring robust environment management practices that support scalable and reliable software delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy across all facets of Information Technology
- Establish and implement standardized QA processes, tools, and metrics across all product lines
- Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, both directly and indirectly, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across all product lines
- Partner with third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure external deliverables meet internal quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Product, DevOps, and Security to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC
- Works with other senior members, managers and architects to assess / introduce / implement new quality assurance frameworks, tools and processes
- Develop and deliver QA training programs to upskill cross-functional teams on quality standards and testing practices
- Oversee test planning, execution, automation, and reporting for all major releases, including smoke testing, system integration testing, and end to end validation
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives based on defect trends and quality metrics
- Manage QA environments across multiple tiers (Dev, QA, UAT / Stage, Production), ensuring alignment with deployment and release schedules
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in QA, automation, and environment management
- Drives change within the organization to implement new quality assurance frameworks, tools and processes

QUALIFICATIONS : ESSENTIAL :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleStrong understanding of environment management practices and tools, including CI / CD pipelines (TeamCity, GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy) and containerized deploymentsHands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Katalon Studio and TestOps, postman, Loadrunner, and Azure DevopsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPREFERRED :
