Job Summary :

Cahaba Federal Solutions is seeking an Intelligence Systems Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of intelligence system development, integration, and modernization efforts. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating across multiple stakeholders, ensuring intelligence systems align with operational requirements, and managing project lifecycles to deliver mission-critical solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of intelligence operations, technology integration, and project management best practices to support the Army's Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Task Force (TF) and other national security initiatives within Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) G2.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee intelligence systems projects from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with mission requirements and strategic objectives.
• Maintain awareness of ongoing intelligence modernization efforts and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
• Manage cross-functional teams to integrate intelligence systems with emerging technologies and operational platforms.
• Engage with military, government, and industry stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead program reviews, capability assessments, and risk analysis to inform decision-making.
• Develop and present technical briefings, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Coordinate intelligence system testing, experimentation, and prototyping efforts to validate capabilities and ensure operational effectiveness.
• Facilitate collaboration between ISR TF, Army Futures Command, the Intelligence Community, operational users, and technology developers.
• Support acquisition strategy development, cost-benefit analysis, and investment planning for intelligence system capabilities.
• Maintain compliance with DoD, Army, and Intelligence Community policies and security requirements.
