Coverage Needed : Start Date : ASAP End Date : Ongoing Schedule : Day shifts, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts Weekend Requirements : Rotating call On Call Requirements : Night & Weekend call on a rotating basis Clinical Details : Practice Setting : Inpatient / Call / Outpatient / Clinic Call Ratio : 1 : 6 Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day : 10 Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day : 12-15 Number of Cardiologists in Group : 1 Other Cardiologists Present During Coverage Supervision Required : Yes, 4 Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) Patient Age Demographic : Adult / Geriatric Documentation System / EMR : EPIC Procedures Required : Electrocardiograms (EKGs) Requirements : Board-Certified in Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology, Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) Certified ACLS Certification AHF Fellowship with LVAD experience Provider Must be Local DEA Certification
