As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment. You will conduct regular patrols, remain visible to support a secure atmosphere, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What Youll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned government location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities and incidents as required by site protocols.

Assist visitors and employees by providing information and guidance, while upholding the security-related standards of the location.

Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client staff to support a secure environment.

Follow all instructions and protocols as outlined by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Baton certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
