A company is looking for a Property Management Assistant to provide customer service and support to tenants while assisting the Property Management Executive with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for tenant inquiries and non-maintenance requests
Coordinate lease renewals, roommate changes, and prepare necessary notices and documents
Assist with tenant complaints, payment monitoring, and administrative tasks for the Property Management Executive
Required Qualifications
Experience in real estate, property management, or strong administrative and customer service background
Proficiency in G-Suite applications and property management software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work remotely and adhere to specified hours (8-5 PST)
Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps
