PC Technician

Note : This resource will be assisting with moving equipment and imaging, but working closely with their Desktop Technicians to support other duties within their environment.

This is a entry-level position with the Desktop Support group of Charles Schwab & Co., and will focus on providing real-time support for technology problems and fulfillment services (move, add, or change requests) for our Schwab internal customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who enjoys a fast paced environment, has great customer service skills and a "can-do" spirit. What you'll do :

• Work with a team of Desktop Support technicians in one of the largest service centers at Schwab with over 6,000 users.
• System administration of Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS X desktops and laptops.
• Provide hands on installation, troubleshooting and technology support for desktops, laptops, monitors and personal printers.
• Also required to provide phone support and remote assistance as needed.
• Deploy and reclaim computer equipment which includes maintaining asset management database with current status.
• Document work in various tools. (Remedy, Clarity)
• Provide excellent customer support to Schwab employees.
• Work at multiple sites.
• Hours 8 -4 : 30 or 8 : 30 - 5 : 00

CW will work at both Westlake and Southlake locations (Will not be split during a given day) What you have :

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 / hr.
