Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in engineering, business, construction management, or a technical field 3–7 years of experience as a Project Manager Hands-on experience in a factory / manufacturing environment Background managing engineered-to-order (ETO) products Experience with electrical distribution equipment (switchgear, transformers, drives, motors, etc.) highly preferred Strong computer and data analysis skills (Excel proficiency required) ERP system experience Experience working directly with customers PMP or CAPM certification Experience with electrical distribution equipment Power BI experience Familiarity with custom PM software / tools Stable yet fast-growing manufacturing company Highly collaborative and agile culture Direct influence on project outcomes and customer experience Strong industry reputation with decades of success Exposure to innovative power distribution technologies Clear growth opportunities within a national organization Salary : $100,000–$130,000 + 10% bonus Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Job Description
A well-established and fast-growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, engineered-to-order (ETO) projects from kickoff through delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly agile, team-oriented environment where you’ll have direct impact on customer satisfaction, project outcomes, and company success.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage full project plans, schedules, and deliverables
- Coordinate daily with engineering, production, procurement, quality, and sales
- Attend and actively contribute to daily production meetings
- Lead cross-functional project reviews and provide clear status updates
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage scope changes, risks, and issues
- Ensure quality, compliance, and on-time delivery
- Conduct project closeout evaluations
