The Difference You Make :

The Sr. Associate, Application Development serves as a senior level developer and / or project manager for multiple application initiatives. Analyzes, designs, develops and maintains software applications to support business units. Controls and / or provides solutions to single and / or multiple organizations, with minimal management guidance. Provides advanced technical expertise in analyzing, designing, estimating, and developing software applications to project schedule. Oversees systems design and implementation of most complex design components. Creates project plans and deliverables and monitors task deadlines. The incumbent oversees, maintains and supports existing software applications and provides subject matter expertise in reviewing, analyzing, and resolving complex issues.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience : Information Technology or equivalent field. - Required.
• 9+ Years Information Technology, Technical Application Development, or similar experience. - Required.
• Experience working in Banking and Financial domains and good functional knowledge in Banking and its products is highly desirable
• Understanding of AWS cloud platform technology, architecture and service components is desirable
• Hands on experience in building DevOps pipelines in both cloud and on-prem solutions is required.
• Deep knowledge of Data warehouses and Data Lakes architecture and data models in cloud and on-prem is required.
• Extensive experience in ETL pipeline using Native Coding Python, Java etc.; Python Preferred
• Experience working with scheduling tools Control M, Autosys; Control M preferred
• Extensive experience with Shell scripting bash or ksh
• Extensive experience in Code storage repositories GitHub, Bitbucket etc; Github preferred
• Preferred experience with Pandas, Polaris, Pyspak, Snowpark Data frames
• Preferred experience with Machine learning models, feature stores, Sagemaker or other AI tools.
• Extensive experience with Cloud databases Snowflake, AWS Redshift; Snowflake preferred
• Preferred experience with Machine learning models, feature stores
• Extensive experience with Snowflake Administration and associated emerging services is required
• Extensive experience with Data Modelling concepts Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Data Vault etc. and hands on Data Modelling using Erwin
• Ability to define complete solutions frameworks that are repeatable and can be standard process is highly desired

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range : Minimum :

$112,500.00 USD

Maximum : $190,000.00 USD
