Job descriptionDemonstrated experience developing automated tests for web applications using Selenium / Cucumber. Demonstrated experience developing automated tests for mobile applications using the Appium framework. Strong background in Java or another object-oriented programming language. Experience with modern JavaScript based frameworks such as VueJS, AngularJS, ReactJS, etc. An understanding, and preferably experience with, implementing solutions using web services in a Service Oriented Architecture, i.e., REST, XML enabled Web Services, WSDL, SOAP, etc. Experience with microservices and associated technologies such as Dropwizard, Micronaut, Spring Boot, etc. Experience with AWS. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, lifecycle and processes. Demonstrated experience with writing clean code quickly. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills and an ability to generate creative solutions to complex problems. Ability to learn new technologies as required. Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Agile Testing. Experience with configuring and updating CI / CD pipelines. Bachelor's in Computer Science or similar Overall QA Experience : ~5-6yrs in QA engineering / test automation roles across web+mobile
Quality Assurance Engineer
What you will be doing
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for using Java, Selenium, Cucumber, JavaScript / TypeScript, Appium, and related tools.
- Assist with creating and maintaining test environments in Cloud and on-premises environments.
- Analyze and study complex system requirements to create and execute detailed test plans.
- Maintain up-to-date test documentation and contribute to test planning and estimation.
- Analyze and clearly document test results; communicate testing status, risks, and coverage to stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement of testing strategies, tools, and processes.
- Validate app behavior across different OS versions, device resolutions, and hardware configurations.
- Perform automated and manual testing for each major and minor application revision.
- Log, track, and retest defects in collaboration with developers and product managers.

Salary range : $144,251.00 - $271,085.00 (Annually)
