Compensation : Up to $155,000 annually
Schedule : Hybrid with some travel required
Position Overview :
Our client is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney with a strong background in civil rights litigation to join our Boulder office. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of practice experience, be licensed in Colorado, and possess a deep commitment to justice and equity. This role involves managing complex cases from intake through trial, including constitutional claims, civil litigation, and other civil rights matters.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage civil rights cases through all phases of litigation
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Represent clients in court, depositions, and mediations
Develop case strategies and maintain client relationships
Collaborate with colleagues in a hybrid work environment
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Colorado
Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience, with civil rights focus preferred
Proven trial experience and strong courtroom presence
Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Willingness to travel for court appearances and client meetings
