Locums Urology Scheduled Hours + Call Stevens Point, WIWhy This Role

Provide inpatient and outpatient urologic care with flexible scheduling

Join a supportive clinical team covering both clinic and OR time

Assist in ensuring continuity of urology services during provider transition

Assignment Details Coverage Type : Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call

Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient

Start Date : December 1, 2025

End Date : Ongoing (primary need December-April, intermittent thereafter)

Schedule : 36 hours per week, flexible days / times

OR Time : 2-3 days per week

Outreach : 1-2 days per month to Wisconsin Rapids

Call : System-wide, approximately 7-10 days per month including one weekend

Clinic Volume : 16 patients per day

Support Staff : 1 RN, 1 MA, 2 APPs, 1 office staff

EMR : Epic

Credentialing : 90 days; temporary privileges available

Clinical Details General Urology (Adult) - Required

Advanced Endoscopic, Laparoscopic, and Robotic Surgery - Preferred

Common Procedures : Ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, cystectomy, lithotripsy, TRUS biopsy, incontinence procedures

No pediatric or neonatal requirements

Requirements Board Certified Urologist

Active state medical license (no restriction on license location)

BLS required

Clean malpractice history

Compensation Rates : Facility is accepting bids

Malpractice : Provided

Travel : Reimbursed
