Position : Charge Nurse (RN) – Med / Surg Telemetry

Job Type : Full-Time

Role Overview :

Directs the nursing staff by making patient assignments based on nurses' skills and patient needs.

Provides direct patient care when needed while managing overall unit duties.

Monitors and manages medical supplies, equipment, and resources.

Facilitates teamwork and collaboration among interdisciplinary staff (nurses, doctors, care managers).

Ensures that all staff complete mandatory education and maintain certifications.

Nursing degree (Associate or Bachelor preferred).
