EVS Technician | Housekeeping

The Environmental Services (EVS) Technician plays an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This position is responsible for maintaining assigned areas in accordance with established procedures and infection control standards. The EVS Technician ensures that patient rooms, clinical areas, offices, and public spaces meet Logan Health's standards of quality, compassion, and excellence in care.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of one (1) year related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in the English language required.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and with a diverse customer and coworker population required.
• Prior experience answering phones and responding to pages preferred.
• Knowledge of the proper use of commercial cleaning equipment and devices preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• CPR may be required per assigned area(s).

Maintains regular and consistent attendance as scheduled by department leadership.

Shift : Evening Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule : Evening Shift | 4 : 30 PM 1 : 00 AM | Five 8-hour shifts per week

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
