Job description

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage high volume of inbound calls, facilitating patient healthcare needs and ensuring resolution

Utilize electronic health records to validate and document patient information while maintaining privacy and security

Schedule patient visits, verify insurance eligibility, and communicate clinical information to providers

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

2-5 years of relevant experience in customer service or healthcare

Typing speed of at least 35 wpm with 90% accuracy

Ability to work full-time during training and regular hours

No supervisory experience required
