• A collaborative and experienced team that values communication and teamwork\n\nResponsibilities : \n\nAs a Registered Nurse, you will plan, coordinate, and manage nursing care while providing health education to our residents.\n
• Supervise and mentor LPNs, CNAs / STNAs, and other team members in delivering exceptional care.\n
• Administer safe and accurate medication to residents.\n
• Evaluate residents' health and communicate changes to physicians; promptly implement new orders.\n
• Develop and implement care plans based on thorough assessments.\n
• Select and institute effective nursing interventions to stabilize residents' conditions and prevent complications.\n
• Contribute to resident assessments (MDS / CAA's) and care planning.\n\nQualifications : \n
• 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.\n
