Now Hiring : Call Center Representative / Agent
Location : Cary, NC (Onsite)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 11 : 30 AM – 8 : 00 PM
Duration : 6 Months (with potential for full-time conversion!)
What You'll Do :
- ?? Be the first point of contact for inbound customer calls — helping with prescription status, payments, and other non-clinical inquiries.
- ?? Handle inbound / outbound calls to schedule deliveries and ensure timely, accurate order processing.
- ?? Maintain clear and concise notes to keep the team updated on customer and referral statuses.
- ?? Assist with questions about refills, shipped prescriptions, insurance verification, and invoices.
- ?? Support patients with care and professionalism, connecting them with pharmacists or nurses when needed.
- ?? Report any Adverse Events or Product Complaints to ensure patient safety.
- ?? Take on additional tasks as needed — every day brings something new!
What You'll Bring :
? At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center?? Typing speed of 35+ WPM??? Strong communication and customer service skills?? Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and OutlookPerks & Benefits :
