Schedule : Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Position Overview
The BCBA – Clinical Supervisor leads the assessment, development, and implementation of individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans for students within our school-based and behavioral health programs. This position provides clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Specialists, ensuring treatment integrity, ethical compliance, and measurable progress.
Working closely with families, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals, the Clinical Supervisor ensures every plan reflects data-driven goals, compassionate care, and the highest standards set by the BACB and Evoke Behavioral Health .

We serve students from Pre-K through 12th grade , offering individualized programming that combines evidence-based behavioral therapy with educational instruction. Our interdisciplinary team includes BCBAs, LCSWs, Special Education Teachers, RBTs, Educational Assistants, and Mental Health Specialists , working collaboratively to support every child’s academic, social, and emotional growth.
