Were looking for a driven and disciplined Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is not a cold-calling job its a performance-based position where youll connect with new and existing clients, work referral networks, and help families find the right protection for their needs. Youll call leads provided by the agency, generate your own organic leads, and cross-sell current customers to build lasting relationships and long-term income.

Responsibilities

Call, qualify, and quote inbound and internet leads daily

Develop organic leads through referral generation, networking, and community engagement

Cross-sell existing clients for home, auto, life, and commercial policies

Follow up consistently with prospects and clients using our CRM and call cadence system

Educate clients on coverage options and value, not just price

Hit monthly production goals and maintain a high close ratio

Maintain accurate records and follow agency processes for quoting, onboarding, and documentation

Requirements

Must work in-office (remote not available)

Must obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (training provided)

Must pass a background check

Must be 18 years or older

No felony convictions or pending charges
