Hospitalist Physician

Locums Hospitalist needed in Macon County, Illinois (could become permanent)

Required : BE / BC; IL license

Rquired : Hospitalist with Internal Medicine; Cannot accept FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIANS

Reason for opening : vacancy, long term coverage needed until vacancy filled

EMR : Epic

Setting : hospital, inpatient

Schedule :

Day shifts 5 : 30 am 5 : 30 pm (In the process of changing that to 7 am 7 pm sometime in the near future)

Open dates that need coverage immediately are :

January 18th 28th

January 30th February 4th

February 7th 11th

February 13th 18th

February 21st 28th

All are day shifts : 5 : 30 am 5 : 30 pm.

• 10 hours in the hospital, with a 2 hour window for call back
• Average patient census- 16 per hospitalist per 12 hour shift

Additional dates needed. Posting is ongoing through June / July 2022, 1-2 weeks / month

The site can do emergent privileges 2-4 weeks.
