• 12-hour night shifts, 7pm - 7am
• 17 patients per day with 1 - 5 admissions per shift
• Hospital-based coverage
• Cross coverage of medical and ICU service
• ICU admissions from emergency department
• Code response until physician arrival
• ACLS and BLS certification required
