Investment Analyst - Boston, MA (In-Office)
Join a dynamic private equity team focused on software and technology investments. This full-time role offers hands-on exposure to deal sourcing, financial analysis, and portfolio company support within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
What You'll Do :
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities through market research and outreach
- Build financial models and conduct valuation analyses
- Support due diligence and deal execution processes
- Collaborate with portfolio companies on strategic growth initiatives
- Prepare investment materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with senior team members across global offices
