What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the retail location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe any unusual circumstances.

Report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious behavior according to established procedures.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and assist visitors or staff as needed.

Collaborate with store management and Allied Universal leadership to address security-related concerns specific to the retail environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
