6-10 years of relevant experienceExperience in large, complex financial services organizationExperience within consultative recruiting modelDemonstrated experience in sourcing talent through social media channelsDemonstrated knowledge of complex compensation structures and relocation assistance packagesDemonstrated leadership and project management skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.Knowledge in Workday.The Banking Senior Recruiter is a senior level position responsible for providing end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy.
Responsibilities :
Partner with hiring managers and colleagues to manage full-cycle recruitment process, including employee referral and sourcing and diversity strategies (internally / externally, and agency and direct sourcing / networking methods)Source applicants, screen resumes, interview and assess candidatesProvide advice to clients regarding talent acquisition strategies and interviewed candidatesFacilitate feedback to key stakeholders to ensure timely status updatesRecommend and negotiate candidate offers through proactive offer management process providing sound rationale for offer terms requiredResearch and provide insight on competitors and peer organizations as well as participate in diversity recruiting events and activitiesEnsure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment processAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Client, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.Benefits :
