Location : Nationwide (100% Travel Required)

Compensation : $20.00-$30.00 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Deck Installer / Ironworker to join our team. This role involves the safe installation of sheet metal decking on steel framing and performing shear stud installation. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lay and attach metal decking on steel structures
• Operate hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools safely and effectively
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
• Accurately report time and attendance using technology
• Comply with OSHA, customer, and company safety standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned
