ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a talented Android Software Engineer to join our mobile development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications that deliver seamless user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring new features from concept to production and ensure the apps perform reliably at scale. USA Remote may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and maintain Android applications with high performance and quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to implement new features.
• Optimize app performance, usability, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, crashes, and other issues.
• Write automated tests and participate in code reviews.
• Stay current with Android development trends, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to improving mobile architecture and development processes.

At RADAR, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The expected base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $185,000.00. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. You will also be eligible to receive other benefits including : equity, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, life and disability benefits, 401k plan, flexible time off, and paid parental leave. The pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
