The Clinician provides comprehensive mental health services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of emotional and behavioral issues. This role involves delivering individual and group therapy, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with agency partners. Additionally, the Clinician collaborates with clients to develop effective strategies for enhancing their lives and relationships, fostering overall mental well-being.

Qualifications :

• Graduation from an accredited undergraduate program with major in social work, psychology, behavior analysis, or other related degree required.
• Master of Arts or Master of Science degree in progress from an accredited graduate program with major in Social Work, Counseling, or other related degree required. These degrees must be license eligible (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• BBS registration, licenses, credentials or like certifications must remain active and valid with their governing entity, if applicable.
• One year of experience working with children preferred.
• Knowledge of community resourced preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Bilingual preferred.
• A valid California driver’s license is required of staff who have regular driving duties, and the driving record must meet the requirements of their position and be approved by the agency’s insurance company.
