As a Custodian , you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the corporate office and parking lot at Harder Mechanical Contractors Portland headquarters office.

This role requires strong attention to detail, time management, and an elevated level of customer service.

You will support the office management team to ensure operations run smoothly and effectively.

The hours for this position are Monday to Friday 5 :

• 00am-1 : 30pm.
• This is a full-time position and is paid at an hourly rate.  Successful projects do not complete themselves.

Custodians at Harder perform the following daily tasks :

Interior window and glass cleaning as needed Maintenance of kitchen supplies and amenities (including frequent item stocking) Safely use cleaning supplies and equipment that may include chemicals and light machinery Driving to / from the laundromat to drop off and pickup towels, and other items as needed Additional tasks as assigned What you will need to be successful in this role :
